Meet Dr. Kingston

Dr. Cory Kingston grew up in Grace, Idaho. He played football in high school which led to him first experiencing the value of chiropractic care. He also met his future wife, Karen. After serving a two-year mission in Sweden, Cory returned home and the high school sweethearts later married.

After studying at Utah State University, Cory went on to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Iowa, where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

After graduating, Dr. Kingston returned west and began his practice in Montpelier, Idaho. He later practiced in Logan and, for a time, served patients in both Logan and Layton. In 2019, he opened Spinal Solutions in Layton, where he now practices exclusively.

Over more than 20 years in practice, Dr. Kingston has drawn from clinical experience, research, and education to create the Spinal Solutions program. His work in chronic pain, spinal rehabilitation, and fibromyalgia has led to opportunities in national education, research, and conversations surrounding chronic pain care. His focus has always been understanding the individual patient, helping people better understand their own spinal health and working with them to achieve lasting correction.

After the youngest of their five daughters left home, Karen joined Dr. Kingston at Spinal Solutions and now works alongside him in the practice.

Outside the office, Cory enjoys spending time with their growing family, watching college football, and a good steak.
